Finally got the courage to go to pole class earlier this week after staying away from a month or so due to body image issues😁😁 We hella rusty but LOOK AT THAT SMILE!! I forgot how much I enjoy this art form even when I'm not succeeding at it. 📢THIS SHIT IS FUN📢 Let's never forget that Old me would have never posted this because it's not a perfect run through, my outfit is falling off, blah blah blah. I wouldn't have seen the pure joy that I'm experiencing in this video... But I'm choosing to see it now. And I'm going to try my damn hardest to focus on that going forward.
