Replying to @lauren.lev28 I make this when I have no energy to cook - there’s not really a recipe since I don’t measure anything, but I cook frozen veggies with the pasta, drain and return to pot, and then add butter, grated Pecorino cheese, pasta water, and pepper and stir until it melts together into a sauce.
