We love this rib recipe from the ENDZONE and back🏈 . . How to prepare via @sweatspace 👇: First, if the butcher has not already done so take a paper towel to get a grip on the membrane to easily remove it from the back of the ribs which will help get a more tender rib Next, use yellow mustard as a binder and liberally apply bbq seasoning (I used @thenewprimal which is one of the very ones I’ve found without added sugar) Set the grill to 185 F with super smoke on then place the ribs bone side down / meat side up for 3 hours — this is where they get the smoky flavor Once complete, remove the ribs from the grill and turn up the heat to 225 F. Meanwhile, using double-wrapped butcher paper or foil — add about a 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar), 2 tbsp honey, and 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and place the ribs meat side down wrapping to secure the ribs Place the ribs back on the grill wrapped for 2 hours with the meat side down / bone side up — this is where they get super tender After 2 hours, carefully remove the ribs from the butcher paper and apply New Primal bbq sauce to both sides of the ribs with the meat side facing up again cooking at 225 F for 1 hour — this will help the bbq sauce set and absorb into the ribs Finally, remove from the grill and turn up the heat to 500 F and sear each side for 3 minutes If you’ve made it this far, this video is dedicated to my grandpa who taught me how to bbq at a very young age. Baby back ribs were by far my favorite thing he’d make and these don’t disappoint — hope you enjoy them! #SweatSpace #BabyBackRibs #Labordayweekend #Viral #BBQRibs #dinnerideas #BBQRecipes
