The best gifts are the ones you give yourself. 💫 This year my goal was to show up, move my body and feel good (period). I’ve accomplished so much more than what I thought I was capable of. Traveling for work and not feeling intimidated to workout in a hotel gym is just an added bonus. This is the most confident and happy I’ve ever felt in my body.
