Props to my guy @pj_thethird We’ve been working together for almost 3 weeks and haven’t touched any weight. Sticking with the basics of movement in all planes of motion, acceleration, deceleration, and many more. Everyday we work on his controlled articular rotations, one of the foundations of @functionalrangeconditioning Here we are working hip cars. The goal is to keep his remaining range of motion and create tissue adaptations for better overall joint health/longevity. You can do all the mobility drills you want but this drill takes away any compensations and shows his honest true range of motion. I highly recommend for all humans and especially for all athletes!
