Wow major major major thank you to @ukmva for acknowledging this piece of madness. Feeling v v v grateful and brimming with so much love from last week! I didn’t plan on saying anything on that stage because I quite frankly wasn’t expecting I’d need to. Now, there’s one person I feel who really deserves a special mention and that’s my EP. Not only did he relentlessly challenge me on my idea, but he bartered and bribed members of the public, sweet-talked the police on the motorway and stepped in to be the stunt driver when absolutely none of our cast could drive. I’ve never seen anyone bring the best out of everyone around them in the way that you do. EPs are extraordinary - but @philipp.ramhofer my God you are one of the absolute best. There are so so many brilliant stories from this film, it also had many setbacks - at one point I thought it would never get released. Imagine!? Fuck. To every single person who helped make this come to life you are incredible. This was an absolute joy to make and most importantly it tested me in so many ways. I feel like I’ve finally got both feet on the ground.
