“How confident are you jumping on to the highest plyo box we have?” Me: yes. 😉✨ . I didn’t always have this level of confidence in box jumping (or much of any part of track to be honest). In fact, if you saw my shins back in college you’d think I was rooming with a Sabre tooth tiger 👏😂. . But the more you do something, the better you get. Just keep going. Put one day in, and then another, and another... just watch yourself improve...you’ve GOT THIS! ✨🙌👏 . Anyone have any crazy box jumping stories???
