Shot by only 3 people, who have put an immense amount of work into building and dressing a realistic set, learning chemistry to create practical effects, designing and rigging a 360 degree lighting setup, covering themselves in litres of paint (and coffee), and spending months on perfecting a motion-captured animated monster. ONYX - Official Trailer With our 1st short film, IN BLOOD, enjoying a successful festival run, we thought now would be the perfect time to present a trailer to our 2nd short - The Supernatural Horror 'ONYX'. Written and directed by @kamildymek and featuring @harveyquinn in the lead role, ONYX is a dark satire exploring how artists view themselves and their work, in which the lead character becomes haunted by the masterpiece he creates. Shot entirely in our East London studio, the film contains a mixture of live action, visual effects, computer animation and a hell of a lot of paint and practical effects.
