çilbir aka poached eggs on a bed of garlicky yogurt and a buttery sauce you’ll have to stop yourself from drinking by the glass ☁️ grate 1-2 garlic cloves and a pinch of salt into half a cup of greek yogurt. poach 2-3 eggs. melt 2 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp olive oil on a pan and sprinkle a 1 tsp of Aleppo pepper just until aromatic (I subbed with smoked paprika and crushed red pepper) top the yogurt with the eggs, spoon over sauce and top with dill (apparently dill doesn’t exist in spain so I used parsley) mop up the rest with crispy breaadddd
