Life lol I’ve spent the last three weeks doing amazing work in NY and amazing self work at the Shala in Brooklyn and something brought me to this beautiful place with such beautiful humans and was embraced into a community of self love and deep connection to our bodies💛💛💛 I am so humbled by the transformation of these last few weeks and so ever blessed!! I made sure to put baby’s first headstand in there lol it’s not reflect but it’s something!
