Happy birthday to you @jordan_easterbrook_ my soul mate ♾ If you know me personally, you know how much I don’t like to speak about myself or any of my personal life publicly. But I have to say this today because I am so thankful I found Jordan at the time I needed love, strength and support the most. It hasn’t been easy for us, and it hasn’t been easy for you to have me as a girlfriend with everything going on in my life since I found out about my dads health, many people don’t truly know what I’m going through and what nobody sees what you do. Thank you for helping me through my dark days and showing me what love really is. You have changed my life and I feel so lucky to have such an incredible man in my life. You are the most kind, considerate and beautiful person I’ve ever known and I would be lost without you. I hope you’ve had the best trip in our favourite place for a little getaway doing what we love best. Forgetting the world and switching off for a little bit.
