2. Reverse nordics - 8-10 reps
3. Goblet lateral lunge pulses - 6 reps each leg
Set B
1. Nordic’s - 8-10 reps
2. Seated leg lifts - 20 reps
3. Drop to broad jump - 6 reps each leg
