How did I cavort all around Greece for 2 weeks in August without SIZZLING? A boatload of sunscreen but also a wardrobe of UPF clothing. #UPF is the #SPF equivalent for fabric & I’m wearing sun-proof-something in every picture here. It’s literally the reason I could run around relatively unfettered (and un-burned! I swear by it! It works! I want to design my own line!). A lot of this stuff is really old but I’ve tagged the brands & there’s another that I highly recommend: @coverswim from amazing Lisa Moore (great long-sleeve swimsuits). The hard-working all-star of our trip was the little white UPF zip-up hoodie I wore almost every day. $30 @uniqlo! It comes in other colors but I’ve got multiples in white. So light & breathable I even play tennis in it (actually keeps me cooler than if I didn’t have it on). Also, big shoutout & merci to @garancedore for the @dore cap in the best-ever shade of green that I wore endlessly (and David casually jumped off a cliff to swim after when it blew off my head at #Sarakiniko).
