Welcome back to our end-of-summer recipe series! Next up on the Menu: Skillet Peaches and Burrata Crostini 🍑🥖 Ingredients: ✨ 15 french baguette slices ✨ 2 tablespoons of olive oil ✨ Thinly sliced prosciutto (about 3 oz.) ✨ 4 ounces of burrata ✨ 1 tablespoon of honey ✨ 2 large peaches (sliced thin) ✨ Basil (for garnish) ✨ Balsamic glaze (we recommend Nonna Pia’s balsamic glaze) Slice your peaches and baguette and set aside. Brush the french baguette slices on both sides with olive oil and set aside. Preheat the oven to 375(F), and lay out your baguette slices on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake baguette slices until golden and crisp. Take your thinly sliced peaches and add them to a flat bottom saucepan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook on each side for 2 minutes. Spread your prosciutto out on a lined baking sheet and bake until crispy (Keep a close eye on it 👀). Spread a tablespoon of room temperature burrata onto each slice of baguette, and drizzle each slice with honey. Top each slice evenly with peaches and prosciutto. Drizzle each slice with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil. Serve while warm. Finally, pop open a chilled can of Just Enough Rosé.
