This Chocolate Trifle, made using our Belgian Chocolate Custard is *the* festive crowd-pleaser that you need on your Christmas dinner table this year! It is fabulously indulgent and so easy to make! Enjoy (we know you will!) and don't forget to tap save. šŸ˜‹ Find our Belgian Chocolate Custard in @sainsburys @tescofood and @ocadouk ā¤ļø šŸŽ„ Ingredients: (Serves 10+) 500ml cartons of Jude's Belgian Chocolate Custard 2x chocolate swiss rolls 100ml coffee liqueur 50g chopped hazelnuts 500ml double cream 1 bag of Maltesers šŸŽ„ Method: 1 - Slice the swiss roll into 2cm rounds and line the bottom and sides of your dish. 2 - Pour the majority of the coffee liqueur over the sponge, saving 1 tbsp for later. 3 - Pour the Jude's Belgian Custard over the sponge, then add another layer of the swiss roll on top of the custard. Sprinkle on half of the chopped hazelnuts. 4 - Add the double cream to a bowl with 1tbsp coffee liqueur. Whisk until it forms soft peaks, then spoon on top of the trifle. 5 - Decorate the trifle with Maltesers (crush a few for extra texture) and chopped hazelnuts. 6 - Serve it up!
