Last year I went to @brooklynmuseum and witnessed the genius that is Both/And I added Lorraine O’Grady stan to my artist statement immediately after. On this Thursday July 28, 2022 Lorraine will introduce a new performance persona and I have the absolute honor of being in conversation after the screening with Ms. O’Grady, Danielle A. Jackson, curator at Artists Space; Catherine Morris, Sackler Senior Curator, Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art; and Curatorial Assistant Jenée-Daria Strand.
