I hold a special kind of love for: ❤️ The big bellied girls who are now viewing their core as a strong rolling ocean when we laugh without restraints 🧡 The double chinned, limited neck space twins who are liberating themselves from tight narratives from people who want us to carry their baggage about our worth 💗 My disabled and chronically ill baddies plagued with days of physical pain, emotional exhaustion, and fatigue from trying to find our version of normal in a society that doesn't accommodate us 💜 My misfits lumped into old storylines about us being too loud, too bold, and too intimidating from folks who hurled their insecurities onto us like an Oprah giveaway 🥰 The they, thems, ze, zims, hers, his, queers, the alphabets unlimited, trans, and the undisclosed: Even as they challenge us, we are resilient enough to create our own safe space and homes 😍 The folks who are still holding onto hope, especially those running out of reasons why. We kidnap doses of joy at dawn and will not release its crumbs until it's well fertilized This world is not easy for us. This world is looking a little distorted. Continue to persevere anyway.
