Different brands of flours & proteins may truly different results so you may need to use more coconut/oat flour to be able to handle the dough if yours is too sticky & less if your dough is already a good texture before adding it! You want it to be moist but not sticky 🫶 •1/4 cup tahini •1/4 cup cashew butter •1/2 cup almond meal/flour •1/4 cup coconut or oat flour, more as needed •1/3 cup of your favorite tasting protein powder (or more oat /almond flour) •3-4 tbsp maple syrup •1 tbsp melted coconut oil, or ghee, etc. •1 tsp vanilla + pinch of sea salt •handful of chocolate chips note: I found my protein powder gave enough flavor/sweetness so I only added 3 tbsp of maple syrup. You can add another if needed but you may need to add an extra 1/2-1tbsp coconut/oat flour! Mix everything together until a moist dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll into balls or use a cookie scoop to drop by spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet/plate. Place in the freezer until ready to eat!
