🌿🍯🍕Fig jam, prosciutto, and stracciatella - what a combo 🤤 Sweet, salty, creamy, crispy - it’s the kind of pizza you’ll crave weekly. 🛒You’ll Need: • Pizza dough (I always use @Jus-Rol North America • 5–6 tbsp fig jam • 3⁄4 cup shredded mozzarella • 3–4 slices prosciutto • Thinly sliced red onion • 1⁄3–1⁄2 cup stracciatella cheese (added after baking) • Fresh basil • Red pepper flakes • Grated parmesan 🍕How to Make: 1. Parbake your dough at 425°F for 5 minutes. 2. Add fig jam, mozzarella, and red onion. 3. Return to oven for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. (check the baking temp on your dough — they’re all a little different!) 4. Add spoonfuls of stracciatella (burrata filling) on top. 5. Finish with basil, red pepper flakes, and parmesan. 6.
