These peaceful encounters bring more than $100M 💵 to the Bahamas treasury each year, giving a financial incentive to protect otherwise endangered species. 💡 Our SternTV film on Wednesday is dedicated to this topic, in which @danyroesner’s personal experience during his first shark dives in the Bahamas shows that these animals are absolutely worthy of protection and that we have a chance to do so with constructive ideas.
