These three collections epitomise Westwood's determination to create a more sustainable way of producing fashion that is less impactful on the environment. The couture team now offer a service to transform each bridal gown post-wedding, with the aim to eliminate waste and give each Westwood gown a new life. The made-to-order collection embodies a sense of new beginnings; transparency in sheer fabrics, transformative elements, and metamorphic three-dimensional silhouettes. The couture collection takes inspiration from influential women from the arts and literature – from ancient Greece to modern day heroines and finally the Andrea Kronthaler bespoke collection experiments with proportion.
