Good Samaritan Community Meal works out of the Meadowlark shared-use kitchen every Friday with volunteers across our community coming together to prepare and distribute meals to anyone in our community in need. All meals are free and everyone is welcome. Last Friday, Slow Food Wind River board members and Meadowlark staff got to be part of the volunteer crew, serving up some cozy chili and corn bread. (Some of us may also have been serving some epic Halloween looks.) Resources like the Community Meal work to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry.
