This woman. I am so proud of her. Look how she smiles despite enduring unimaginable pain. Look how she wakes up every day, rolls outs her yoga mat and moves her aching body. Look how she still makes time for loved ones, listening to their stories and offering advice to their problems when her emotional load is too heavy for anyone to witness in it’s entirety. Look how resilient her mind is, keeping the fearful thoughts at bay while choosing gratitude and optimism. Look how she stands in the kitchen and prepares the time consuming food her healing body needs. Look how she shines despite it all.
