Viktor and Jayce got their happy ending yall. They didn't end with a fight, they didn't end with one killing the other, they found their true selves in each other and found each other again after all of this corruption and confusion. In the end, when it mattered most, they chose each other, held each other, despite both being scared, and stayed together. Viktor tried to push Jayce away, Jayce could've left him to fix it alone, but he met him halfway because they were fated to do this together. In the end, it was affection that kept them together.
