🍔 chicken burgers: a better-for-you swap that doesn’t feel like one. Crisp edges, juicy center, melty cheese... and grilled to perfection. 🛒You’ll Need: • 1 lb ground chicken • 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs • 1 egg yolk (skip the white for less moisture) • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1/4 small onion, finely grated • 1 tsp kosher salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika How to Make: 1. Mix & shape into 6 thin patties 2. Chill 20–30 mins - this will make them so much easier to work with, but you can definitely skip this step if you’re in a rush 3. Grill 4–6 mins per side over medium-high heat. 4. Add cheese at the end + rest for a few minutes before serving. Lighter than beef, but still super satisfying. Serve on a toasted bun with your favorite toppings.
