On Saturday, October 29th, Parallel presents Red Planet, a night co-curated by Job Sifre that operates as the official afterparty of We Are Warming Up Festival. In a punk-like approach, the event tries to address the dire, looming effects of climate change. Next to the musical programme by Parrish Smith, Job Sifre and angelboy, we will be screening Esther van der Heijden's video essay ‘A Flood Wipes Out’.⁣ ⁣ We Are Warming Up is a multi-day festival in Tolhuistuin revolving around climate change and the role of art and music revolving this topic specifically.
