#sup - lot of the time on tour or even in day to day life in general it’s hard to find a moment to be on your own with your thoughts. Even now as I’m posting this I’m walking around the venue trying to find somewhere I can go to think. - I try find a little place to be alone for a few minutes to breathe, think, reset, meditate & warm up, - here I am being interrupted by @volca.media so he can capture exactly that!
