“זהב להינשא” עדן-לאה הג'ג' @el_h2000 יעל טרגן דרכה של היהדות היא לחפש את תיקון האדם ומידותיו ולהגיע למידות טובות ומאוזנות. למשל שאדם לא יגיע למצב של הוללות או להפך, שלא ייפול ליגון ולאבלות. בפרויקט בחנתי את מעמד החתונה, טקס בעל משמעות כה גבוהה ומיוחדת השואף לחבֵּר שתי נשמות לעולמי עד, אולם חלק גדול ממנו נעשה בימינו אירוע מנופח של החצנה וראווה אשר איבד את נקודת האיזון של השמחה הטהורה. יצרתי סדרת שמלות המשלבות אלמנטים מעולם הכלות לצד אלמנטים החותרים תחתם, הקשורים זה בזה ומחפשים את נקודת האיזון שבין הוללות לאבל, בין עודפות לאין, בין ההידור לדלות החומר ובין מה שמופיע על פני השטח לנותר לעד בנפש האדם. רשימת חומרים: בדים מִסיבים טבעיים (כותנה, פשתן), בדים סינתטיים (טול, סאטן, אורגנזה), פנינים מלאכותיות, קליפות ביצים, צבע אקריליק, הדפס פויל זהב, שעוות נרות. טכניקות עבודה: תפירה, רקמה, צביעה, ציור ופרימה בעבודת יד, הדפס רשת, הקשחת בדים בעזרת מתכון סודי, ריסוק ושזירת פנינים, המסת שעווה. “Gold to wed” Eden-Lea Hadjadj Supervisor: Yael Taragan The way of Judaism is to look to amend the human and his traits, reaching good and balanced qualities. That someone won't, for example, reach the point of debauchery or will not, on the other hand, fall into grief and mourning. In this project, I examined the wedding, a ceremony with such a high and special meaning, aspiring to unite two souls for eternity. However, a big part of it has nowadays turned into a bloated showcase of exhibitionism, which lost the point of balance and pure happiness. I created a collection of dresses incorporating within them elements both from the bride's world and outside of it. These are intertwined, attempting to reach a balance between debauchery and grief, excess and void, between the embellishment and meagerness of the material, what appears on the surface and what forever remains in the human soul.
