Well, he’s grown a bit since then and now he’s wrestling at heavyweight - 244# 🀯πŸ”₯πŸ†! When he first expressed his goals of wanting to move up a few weight classes, the first thing that ran through my head was, β€œWe need to add MUSCLE, not fat. And, he needs to be able to USE that muscle in versatile ways when he competes.’ Parker never misses training days. One of the hardest working, and most dedicated athletes I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. THIS KID IS A BEAST, and he wants to WIN 🦍 πŸ₯‡. Most of his workouts are VERY heavy and VERY uncomfortable, but there are a few rules we stick by... 1. Don’t get injured πŸ’― 2. Healthy foods to gain weight. πŸ₯©πŸšπŸ₯¬ 3. Be vocal about how you feel. πŸͺ« This guy has basically shattered all of his previous strength numbers without ever testing 1RMs. He just sticks to his laid out progressions, and now he’s repping out old PRs. The results have been amazing! Parker just committed to wrestling at Virginia Tech once he graduates!! πŸ¦ƒ He now has much bigger goals of training for D1 competition and beyond πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ”₯.
