I recently discovered I had PCOS and the symptoms became so hard to live with, I have been trying to learn and find ways to help my body. One little change has been adding high protein smoothies into my day to up my protein intake and help regulate sugar spikes. It’s crazy to think that my symptoms got so bad because no Dr believed me but then luck would have it that the last doctor finally heard my cry for help and while finding out that I have PCOS, pre diabetes and even high cortisol levels was frightening at first it also finally made sense and gave me hope I could take some control back. #pcosawareness #healthyliving
