Lately, I haven’t been as active on here as I would like. This past week has been rough. Since it’s spinal cord injury awareness month why not be honest to remind ya instagram is a highlight reel. My body is very asymmetrical because my injury was “incomplete”. One side is drastically stronger than the other. Long story short it’s been causing all sorts of problems and I’ve been pretty bedridden with debilitating back pain and spasms this past week and on and off this year. I’m so grateful for the support I have in my corner especially for family friends who let me use their pool in the summer. It’s a life savor.
