We should all be working in a way that allows us to create the best possible personal life, but trust us when we say that if you don't jump at the chance to work whenever you can, something is wrong with your career choice. 💫 If you kind of hate walking in to the salon right now, something is very wrong. 💫 If you aren't addicted to marketing your business as a hair stylist, something is wrong. 💫 If you're a salon owner who feels overwhelmed and uninspired, something is wrong 💫 If you get an add-on on your books and you're pissed, something is wrong. It's hard to believe until you experience it, but those who are working perfectly in alignment will always tell you that they are madly in love with their work. They love their families and their friends and their weekends...don't get that part twisted, but there is an underlying love for their career choice that really does facilitate all of the rest. Many of us will work at least 20 hours a week. Most of us will work more. If you dread 20+ hours of your week, we've got really big problems. You need to become reinspired, reengaged, and realigned with the reasons why you joined this amazing industry and what you really want to get from it. Our challenge to you today is to ask "Am I head over heels in love with my career choice?"
