I don't know why it took me so long to pull the trigger on getting a drone, but I finally did earlier this summer and here are the first fruits of my labor on a visit down to the Jersey Shore on a shoot for @infatuation_nyc + @infatuation (swipe right to see the original, unedited photo; it was my first time flying and of course I forgot to shoot RAW 🤦🏻‍♂️). The learning curve for flying this thing was surprisingly not too bad (except for the one time I almost flew the drone out of range and suddenly remembered that I didn't spring for the insurance; side note: would definitely recommend getting the insurance for pricier drones or starting with a cheaper drone).
