Well that was an epic one...we’ve spent the last 48 hours on site at @extremeelive serving-up some wicked food, enjoying the amazing experience and meeting some of the incredible guests there. The roving kitchen took centre stage for an experiential cook where we served up paella, allotment root veg and wood-roasted whole celeriac. As with all we do, we celebrated local with black & blue grilled Dorset sirloin and Dorset Bay cod & shellfish. Thank you Extreme E for having us 🙌 #extremee #jurassicxprix #xprix #extremeelive
