Sometimes it’s ok to not be ok. It was four weeks yesterday since Albie passed away, and I’ve been struggling a bit to be honest. Sometimes it is just the small steps that make the biggest difference though, so I am promising myself that I am going to get outside, even if it’s raining, even if I don’t feel like it and even if it’s for 15 minutes only, and let nature do it’s thing. It has always been greatest comfort and joy giver.
