“סריגת עצמאות “ ליידי אבו סיר @lady.salman הנחיה: ירון רונן נקודת המוצא לפרויקט הגמר שלי היא חפצים יום־יומיים שנמצאים סביבנו בבית. הבית הוא זה ש'עוטף' את החפצים שלנו, והם עצמם נעשים לנו לבית. בעבודתי גיליתי עניין מיוחד בסביבת המטבח, עולם הסרוג בריח זיכרונות מילדותי ומשם יצאתי למחקר בנושא כלי אוכל. במסורת האסלאמית האכילה ביד שמאל אסורה בשל התפיסה כי 'השטן משתתף באוכל, וברכת האוכל נעלמת'. על כן חונכתי לאכול רק ביד ימין, על אף הקושי וההתמודדות כשמאלית. בפרויקט בחרתי לסרוג תכשיטים בהשראת הכפיות המסמלות עבורי את הזיכרונות מהבית ובעיקר את תחושות החירות והעצמאות, מעצם הזכות שלקחתי לי לאכול בכל יד שאבחר. רשימת חומרים: חוט כסף 999 עובי 0.3, נחושת, pva מסיס במים, שעווה, בוץ, בדי משי. טכניקות עבודה: סריגה מעגלית, בניית אימום בסיס לסריגה מחומרים שונים, pva, בוץ, שעווה. בניית אימום בתוכנה Fusion 360, הדפסת תלת־ממד, יציקה. Knitting independence Lady Salman Supervisor:Yaron Ronen My final project deals with household items. I looked for items that are important to me in daily life in the home environment. Our home envelops our belongings and they, themselves, become our home. Through my work, I discovered a special interest in the kitchen. A world knit with the scent of childhood memories, inherited from my family, my grandfather's kitchen. From here, I set out to research kitchenware. As a jeweler and mother, I have knit a collection of spoons symbolizing independence, gratitude, and giving feelings, continuing to foster old and new memories. In Islamic tradition, it is forbidden to eat with the left hand due to the perception that 'the devil participates in our food, and the blessing of the food is gone.' Being left-handed, I was confronted by the pressure of family and others to eat with my right hand. Eating left-handed symbolizes independence for me, so I let my daughter choose which hand to eat with, which allows her to exercise her freedom.
