2-INGREDIENT LENTIL WRAPS:
Raw Lentils (1 Cup)
Water (2 Cups)
You Favorite Seasoning (2-3 Tbs)
🔥 Soak 1 cup raw lentils in 2 cups water and soak this mixture overnight. Add the soaked lentils + water used to a blender with seasoning and blend until smooth and creamy. Cook in a HOT oiled pan and heat each side until bubbling, firm, and cooked enough to flip. Flip and cook on both sides until fully cooked like a tortilla. Store in a fridge, refrigerator, or microwave.
LOAD UP WITH:
Sauce or Hummus
Sliced Tomato
Chopped Lettuce
Avocado Slices
Sliced Red Onion
Sliced Cucumber
Hot Sauce
