Base: @plouise_makeup_academy Blank Canvas + Lip Paint in “Whipped” + a random (smallish) fluffy brush to apply ✨ Apply this with really light tapping motions starting in the center of the lip then blending outwards as you go! (Almost the same way as applying eyeshadow). Apply a second layer to the bottom lip to make it brighter than the top lip, therefore creating the “pout” effect.
