Brown Sugar Peach Old Fashioned • 2 oz Peach Infused Bourbon • 1/4 oz Brown sugar syrup • 3-4 dashes of chocolate bitters Method: Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with an orange twist & brûléed peach. Brown sugar syrup: 2 parts brown sugar to 1 part water. Warm the water to better dissolve the sugar.
