If you want to switch up your breakfasy situation, make these banana bread baked oats! High protein, full of fiber, & will keep you full all morning long 🤍 1/2 cup organic old-fashioned rolled oats 1/2 super ripe banana 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp of your fave protein powder 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds 1/2 tbsp nut or seed butter (i did cashew) Pinch of cinnamon + 1/2 tsp vanilla Small handful of chopped walnuts & chocolate chips 1/2 tsp Baking powder *if you’re not using protein powder, or just want to make it a little sweeter, you can add 1-2 tsp maple syrup, stevia, etc. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, blending until superrrr smooth. If your batter is super thick, add a dash more milk. If you want the oats to be cake-like, make sure to blend until there’s no oat chunks :) Pour into a greased ramekin & bake at 375f for 15-18 mins, careful to not over bake or they’ll turn out dry.
