“A Golden Mylk & Coconut Meringue Camouflage over a Cardamom and Coconut Ice-cream and slow-roasted Spiced Pineapple on a Vanilla Chai nutty crumb.” (made without any refined ingredients, gluten or dairy) I am so excited to finally share this very special dessert from one of our recent Holistic Dining Experiences with you, as it celebrates ingredients from three of my favourite conscious food brands based here in Mallorca. These companies were created and are run by people who pour so much love and passion into what they do - always looking to make a difference in any way they can. These are brands that I am incredibly proud to associate myself with. The Golden Mylk meringue is made using organic coconut sugar and @wunderworkshop original turmeric mylk blend. The ice cream is created with a delicious creamy coconut and cashew milk base infused with cardamom, a custom order from @elaela.helados Mallorca’s newest and best artisanal ice cream parlour. Finally, pineapple slow roasted in black pepper, clove and coconut sugar, is basted in it’s own juices and complimented by the deliciously fragrant Vanilla Chai crumb by @blissfulbastards the ultimate grain-free and incredibly addictive granola made in Santa Catalina.
