one of my favorite things to make, here is my smoked filipino spaghetti. i smoked the sauce for hours with fermented peppers, half onion cut like marcella hazan, and lots of silky deep green olive oil to round the edges of this gentle sauce. we’ll be serving this weekend at the Neng Jr.’s window! this saturday 6/4 from 6-9pm. we have a full menu of a gorgeous pink mizuna caesar, laing, and a few more extras. come see us off and bless us with love and support before we get married next weekend 🥺🫂!!️
