The ultimate cozy season appetizer 🧀🍇 When you roast grapes and figs they taste like red wine! Out of the oven they are jammy and juicy & pair perfectly with a rich creamy cheese like brie 😍 What you’ll need: 🧀 8-10 figs (sliced in half) 🧀 red or black grapes 🧀 8oz wheel brie cheese 🧀 2 tbsp olive oil 🧀 1 tbsp balsamic 🧀 salt & pepper 🧀 fresh thyme 🧀 chili flakes (optional) Heat your oven to 400. Add figs and grapes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic, salt & pepper and fresh thyme. Roast in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Once grapes start to sizzle, take out of the oven and add your brie cheese in the middle. Score the top of it and add on a bit of olive oil, chili flakes & thyme. Bake for 10 minutes.
