The chemical reaction that fruit purifiers cause can make it seem like they're doing something magical, or make it look like they're removing stuff from your fruits, when really they're reacting with the normal everyday minerals in your water. The reaction with sodium does create an acid that can have a cleansing effect, however that cleansing effect isn't actually that strong (especially diluted in the water). There's always a hint of truth to these things, but it's not as powerful as they make it seem. This is actually one of the processes they use to clean your fruit before sending it to market, but on an industrial scale it is much more powerful. @vanillacrush #diet #nutrition #whattoeat #donteatthat #fatloss #weightloss
