Before you can weave you have to beam on the warp. This is the process getting all the warp threads onto the loom at an even tension. This is honestly not my favourite part of weaving, I find it a bit stressful making sure it’s all even and neat. But it is satisfying getting everything neatly lined up, especially when there is a stripe in the warp.
