Meet Rosie from Lodi, New Jersey; the name behind the delicious and authentic @rosiesempanadas. Years ago, Rosie started selling her homemade and delicious empanadas to raise money for her son’s wrestling team. Rosie’s Colombian and Sicilian background contributes to the different types of delicious empanadas they offer in the area. Now it’s a family business with Rosie, her husband Matthew, or her son Jonathan and his girlfriend manning the booth. They are also very involved in their New Jersey community.
