I went on @packedlunchc4 to talk about my new book Does My Butt Look Big In This and I was hurled with abuse online post-show. This is something I deal with in the line of work I do, it’s nothing new, but what is the most frustrating this time is that most of the trolling was from women, middle aged women telling me I am promoting obesity once again. I’m promoting the idea that we shouldn’t be listening to these rich men who fund and own all of these toxic diet companies and create these absurd body image trends that ourselves and especially our mothers / grandmothers and great grandmothers have had to deal with over the last 100 years. The only thing I’m promoting is being unapologetically yourself no matter what size and doing everything on your own terms, making the changes if and when you want to. ... and I’m promoting the fact my new book is currently on a massive Amazon sale for £9 😎 so the more you troll the more engagement I get sweetie. ✌🏼
