Most times, when we decide to practice self-care, the first things that come to mind involve peaceful relaxation and uninterrupted zen. But, sometimes our most selfish moments of care come with a little sweat! At the intersection of culture and self-care, @23andme and I activated at @cascadeskate and hosted some of the city’s most in-demand influencers for private lessons with @kameoroll ahead of the infamous weekly “Adult Skate” night. And, once things heated up on the rink, @patron made sure we played it cool with craft cocktails by @krystalgarner. I could go on, but pressing play would better explain it.
