You know what time it is? For me it’s almost always „5 vor 12“ [german saying for „almost too late] It doesn’t matter how well you are prepared, most projects finish right on time. Somehow I love those last days, hours and minutes before a project hits the market. When I was younger I got nervous and stressed way faster. I somehow learned how to manage myself and also how to handle these stress potentials. For me it always helps to „talk down“ the importance of projects to reduce the stress level in my head. „In the end it’s just trainers and t-shirts!“ or „even when shit hits the fan, there is always a plan B“ Especially today, when everything is super urgent and hyper critical you need to learn how to manage yourself and your brain in order to protect your mental health. It’s a process! Trust the process! You are talented and skilled. A positive intent matters! Nobody is perfect. It’s better to cross the finish line with 80% than looking for perfection without getting shit done! Go out there and change the world! The world is waiting for you!
