This is a biiiig topic so pls learn from and share the amazing resources of @maintenancephase @yrfatfriend (who has a new book just out too!!), @thefatdoctoruk and other creators that have lived experience of this!! I just couldn't let this one go without a comment because its so upsetting that a movement which is such a force for good gets a bad rap because individuals miss the point completely!! 💛 Here's to loving our bodies AND taking care of them (to the best of our indiviudal ability!!!!) 🙌
